Sound Sisters: This is an inclusive circle for all who feel comfortable in the feminine to reconnect through voice breath and play!
Through playful vocal exploration and deep listening, we reclaim singing as a path to connection, healing and freedom. We’ll explore sound, rhythm and deep listening together. We’ll play with toning, echoing, call and response alongside spontaneous song to rediscover what it means to listen and belong.
