Women+ SING Circles
A soul-nourishing circle for all who feel at home in the feminine.
Ages 16+
Women+SING honors the many voices women carry — nurturer, truth-teller, dreamer, daughter, fierce protector, weary one, playful spirit.
Together, we explore the stories we’ve been told (or have told ourselves) about our voices—and begin to gently rewrite them.
Whether you identify as a professional musician or feel completely terrified and traumatized at the thought of singing in a group, you are welcome. Every experience, every voice, and every emotion is honored here.
This isn’t performance—it’s permission.
This isn’t about getting it right—it’s about letting go.
This is your chance to return to your wild, creative self in community.
Through voice play, we reclaim singing as something joyful, expressive, and deeply human—not reserved for the “talented.” We’ll explore improvisation, group sound-making, and deep listening as a form of self-connection and healing.
Open to recreational singers, non-singers, and anyone who feels called to this space.

Why It Matters
Our musical experiences help build confidence, listening and collaboration skills, emotional expression through music and a lifelong love of sound and self-expression. Come sing with us!
Our Teaching Philosophy for Adult Learners
Many of us carry old stories about not being “musical.” Maybe we were told to mouth the words in school choir or maybe we grew up believing that singing was only for the talented few. These stories stay with us tucked deep in the body, often silencing something essential.
At Vocal Play Lab, we work to create safe playful spaces for adults to reconnect with their voices, free from judgment pressure or perfection and my classes are designed to gently unravel those beliefs.
Through voice play improvisation and deep listening, we begin to hear ourselves differently. We follow sound without needing to control it. We make space for laughter, risk-taking, emotion and spontaneity. We learn to listen not just to each other but to what our own voices are trying to say.
Whether your inner child is outgoing or shy, musical or unsure, we’re here to help them feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
